• Duplicate entries are merged: The check now runs at every start and also covers categories you created yourself and licenses you imported. Previously it only caught the categories that ship with the app.
• Freeware management on by default: The freeware area is available right away.

Improved

• Tidier settings: “About” is now at the top and opens first. “Pro Version” has become “Full Version”, matching the heading inside it. And Import/Export is no longer a setting but an area of its own – the license list stays where it is.
• Clear numbers: After an export you are told how many licenses and how many freeware entries the file contains. The diagnostics for iCloud synchronisation tell them apart as well.
• Custom fields: Up to ten custom fields per license. Existing licenses with more keep them.
• Applications folder: When taking the details from an installed app, the chooser now opens in the Applications folder.

Diagnostics instead of guesswork.

New

• Log file: Under Settings, Logging you can switch on a log. The scope is adjustable, the contents can be viewed right inside the app – and sent along with a support request at the tap of a button.
• Diagnostics for iCloud synchronisation: Under Settings, iCloud Synchronization one tap shows the state of the iCloud account, the account identifier and the records on this device compared with iCloud. That makes it a matter of seconds to tell whether two devices use the same account and in which direction a transfer is stuck.

• Search including notes: The quick search now also looks through the notes, not just the name. The search term is also kept when you switch between licenses and freeware.

• iPhone version: LicenseManagerPro is now available for the iPhone as well – complete, not cut down. License list, search, advanced search, categories, dashboard and all settings are included.
• One purchase for all devices: The full version covers Mac, iPad and iPhone at the same time.
• Unified version numbers: From this release on, Mac, iPad and iPhone carry the same version number.
• New accent colour: Almond White has been added, Pink has been removed.

Fixed

• Choosing folders on iPad and iPhone: The default export folder and the backup folder can be selected there again.

CSV import without limits.

New

• CSV import of any format: When a CSV file doesn't match a known format, you now decide yourself which column goes into which field. The mapping is suggested automatically, and a preview shows the result right away.
• Remember mappings: Field mappings you've set up can be saved under a name. The next time you import a file with the same columns, they are detected and applied automatically – you can manage them in Settings under Import/Export.
• Detect manufacturer and license links automatically: If a manufacturer column is missing, the manufacturer is derived from the download address. If the key field contains a link to a license file, it is stored in the notes.
• More reliable duplicate detection: The order number is now also taken into account during import, so several products from the same order are better distinguished from genuine new purchases.

• Scroll position on iPad: When you tap a license, the license list now stays in place instead of jumping back to the top.

• Password field in custom fields: Custom fields can now be created as a password — the content is shown masked and can be revealed or hidden via an eye icon.
• Copyable fields: For custom fields you can now decide whether the content can be copied at the press of a button.
• New “Password” field in the user information: You can now record a password for each license — masked, show/hide and copyable.
• Status light: A colored dot now clearly shows whether a license is still valid. Green, yellow when expiration is near, red when reached — configurable in Settings.

Fixed

• Sort order in the freeware view: The sort order is now kept when switching to the freeware view and is now also saved there.
• Reset categories: Works reliably again.

Licenses & freeware, separated.

New

• Manage licenses and freeware separately: A switch at the top of the sidebar lets you toggle between your paid licenses and your freeware. You enable freeware management in Settings — where you also decide which fields appear when recording freeware. This lets you hide everything you don't need for free software (license keys, prices, expiration dates) and keep a lean input form tailored to you. Icon, name, version, manufacturer, operating system and category are always included; user data, links, attachment, notes, installation date and custom fields can each be enabled individually.

• What's New window: After every update, this window shows the most important changes. You can reopen it anytime in Settings under "About".
• Russian ruble: The Russian ruble (RUB) is now available as a currency for your licenses.
• Russian language: The app is now also fully available in Russian.
• Simpler web addresses: You no longer need to enter https for web addresses.
• Keep last sort order: Under Settings/Appearance, the last selected sort order is now kept on exit by default.
• Auto-fill app info: Under Settings/General, automatically filling in app information is now enabled by default.
• Default export folder: Under Settings/Import-Export you can set a fixed folder for exports. With the "Ask for location when saving" switch, you are either asked each time or the export is saved directly into that folder.

• Icons from your photo library: You can now load app icons manually, including directly from your photo library.
• Auto-fill from app info: When creating a new license, you can select an installed app – name, version, vendor and icon are filled in automatically.
