Distribution via the Apple App Store

All apps from Klaus Mack Software are distributed exclusively through the Apple Mac App Store and the Apple App Store for iOS and iPadOS. The contractual partner of the end customer at the time of purchase is Apple Inc. (or Apple Distribution International Ltd.), not Klaus Mack Software.

Apple's Terms Apply

Apple's standard licence terms (the "Licensed Application End User License Agreement", or EULA) apply to every app purchase. They cover in particular:

Conclusion of contract and purchase processing
Rights of use and scope of licence
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Warranty and liability
Payment processing
